By adding Aimo to your Discord server, using any of its slash commands, or visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and do not use it.
These Terms apply to all users including server administrators, individual members who interact with the bot, and visitors to this website.
Aimo is a Discord music bot that provides music playback, AI features, playlist management, mini games, and utility commands inside Discord servers. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aimo, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using Aimo, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are a server administrator inviting Aimo on behalf of a community, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that community.
You agree to use Aimo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not:
Aimo's AI features are powered by paid, premium AI providers via OpenRouter (including GPT-4o and Claude). You are solely responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit. We are not responsible for AI-generated outputs that may be inaccurate, misleading, or harmful.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by third-party AI systems according to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Do not share sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
Aimo streams music for personal, non-commercial listening within Discord voice channels. We do not host, store, or cache any audio files. All music is streamed in real-time from third-party platforms (YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, etc.).
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Aimo complies with the terms of service of those platforms and with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of Aimo.
Some Aimo features require Premium access. Premium is granted manually by the Aimo team and linked to individual Discord User IDs. By receiving Premium access, you agree that:
We strive to keep Aimo available 24/7, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, LavaLink node issues, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to ban, block, or restrict any user, account, or server from using Aimo at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including ToS violations. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to Discord Trust & Safety.
You may stop using Aimo at any time by removing the bot from your server using Discord's standard server settings.
Aimo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Aimo will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Aimo development team and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Aimo — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in our support server. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Aimo after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aimo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you have a dispute, please contact us first before pursuing any other remedy.
